Server Upgraded from Ubuntu 24.10 to 25.04

Today, I decided it was time to clone the website/forum, and do an upgrade, which is now complete! In doing so, I'm ensuring that all the processes, services, and the database can continue to receive updates without issue, and the site itself protected with the latest security updates.
