How to request a new discussion forum ...

So, some of the categories on this forum could go on and on forever. Instead of just making a billion different forums, though, I've decided that users will simply be able to request that a forum be made.
In order to do so, please structure your topic like this:

Body: Why you're requesting this forum, and what icon you think it should use.
